Mitzvah for the soldiers... Letter in the Torah
In Sivan, yud besTammuz and especially yud Gimmel Tammuz Mem Beis, 1982, the Rebbe asked that we should sign the soldiers for a letter in the Torah, and cited sefer Daniel "The angel Michoel will go in front of you." B"H , the few of us that listened, have over a quarter of a million done now. Especially after the Lebanon 2 fiasco in 2006.

BH ,I'm also able to put tefillin on ten to fiftenn mostly first timers every day as well. The angel in front of them (and us) is Michoel (Torah letter), the one behind us is Gavriel (tefillin), may we all be safe, well and happy.

      Re: 6 Days
      Certainly!

However, you surely have noticed that when someone is ill, all of a sudden everyone runs to say some extra Tehillim and give extra Zedaka. Why? because these things have a special sgula for this situation.

So too with Tefillin. Surely what we put on six days a week does it, but when we have special circumstances we add in the segulo.

By the way -, for more information regarding this "Tefillin campaign" see Likutei Sichos vol. 6 in the addendum to Parsha Bo.

My question is, is it applicable only for a transmitter or a recipient may get impact also?
