Thank you so much for all the chizuk that you give to so many people. You were talking about family getting along and how much parents want family to get along even though siblings are different..
So please find the mareh makom below. Rav Pam ztL used to quote it often saying the Chofets Chaim used to quote it very often...
תנא דבי אליהו רבה פרק כח: אם כן למה תיקן הקב״ה שני כבשים אחד שחרית ואחד בין הערביים?אלא כדי שתתנו זכרון שלנו, זכרון אבותינו לפניו.וכך אמר להם הקב״ה לישראל, בניי אהוביי כלום חסרתי דבר שאבקש מכם?ומה אני מבקש מכם אלא שתהיו אוהבים זה את זה, ותהיו מכבדים זה את זה, ותהיו יראים זה מזה, ולא ימצא בכם עבירה וגזל ודבר מכוער. שלא תבואו לידי פסול לעולם, לכך נאמר: הגיד לך אדם מה טוב ומה ה׳ דורש ממך כי אם עשות משפט ואהבת חסד והצנע לכת עם אלוקיך.אל תקרי והצנע לכת עם אלוקיך אלא והצנע לכת עמך אלוקיך. כל זמן שאתה הולך עמו בצנעה יהא הוא גם כן עמך בצנעה, לכך נאמר: והצנע לכת עם אלוקיך.

I think the explanation on the words "et temeim" can also be found in a short way in the Sefer Zera Shimshon of Rav Nachmani even if the Rebbe makes an entire sicha on this subject with numerous other points.

I believe the world was a perfect world..as G-d himself claimed "and G-d saw it was good".The human being was given the opportunity to continue in Hahsems creation.Unfortunately we deviated from our task and made the world less perfect.But that was a given.We arent perfect but the idea is to strive for perfection.
