Thank you 4 once again an amazing שיחה on defining one's self from the Bal Shem Tov.

You finished with a מאמר from the Lubavitch Rebbe zatzal that everyone is a ' חלק אלוקי ממש וכוIts interesting to note that the beginning of the מאמרות of רבי עקיבא in that משנה is כי בצלם אלוקים נברא האדם....which fits in beautifully with the מאמר of the Rebbe.
    Thank you gut shabbos

Hi thank you for these real life lessons!

I would just point out that part 3 of the mammar Usfaretem is not available now. I would so appreciate if it can be published again. Thank you again!

There was technical issues with the streaming and recording of mondays class, so the class wont be up. Rabbi YY will go over the few lines of the maamer that he learned in the Monday's class on Thursday, and that will be the part 3 of the maamer

Like the glare of sunshie, at first it can blind, but then you adjust to the light. Light then becomes the new normal.

    So basically,

seems that the best thing to do is watch, observe, interact, and internalize what is going on in our every interaction and experience.  Don't judge because we really don't know what is going on in the other person and take it as a lesson for yourself.

Why does the heavenly court rely on the earthly court?

Notice that it was by human witnesses that rosh chodesh was established. Not by the heavenly Court. Ditto when the walls stopped leaning and a bas kol declared "my children have defeated me", leaving bottom line halachic decisions to people, not shomayim.

Even after the calendar was fixed, (leap years, etc)  it was fixed by man, not shomayim.

Imagine it was and is only by human conduct that a particular day is yom Kippur or pesach with all the attendant consequences of compliance or not, and not another regular day.

So we see that the job of deciding halacha in general and in particular cases, that the partnership with man was formed by the original partner. He even relies on us to complete the job of the physical completion of a newborn baby.

    Someone asked...

So once you realize that seeing the other's fault is ultimately a reflection of yourself, and you can see the bad, what can you do to redirect yourself? And once you redirect yourself, what happens to the verdict? Does it disappear?

Do teshuva. Then the original verdict ripped up.
