    Question for Rabbi YY

I am at the top of the Google algorithm if anyone Googles Joe Biden + China hustle or Hunter Biden + China Hustle due to pursuing Justice and what I discovered in China. I feel fear about it and that if I come to the US from Israel I could be interrogated about what I found in China and the connection with the Biden's. I am in a biblical drama. Any thoughts.

Chesed type rabbis say that all jews have a part in the world to come, in Gan eden

But....there are gevurah type rabbis, some of them popular online, who point to gemoras that say for certain aveirahs like michalel Shabbos, one loses their portion in the world to come. How could such opposite views co-exist?

    How coulews d such opposite

It was said that the moment of conception is traumatic for the soul

But...we learnt that the soul only enters the fetus on the 40th day AFTER conception. Therefore halacha allows removal of that fetus until the 40th day.
