Rav Levi Yts'hak associates Parhedrin with midat haguevoura. This name is also linked with the concept of Baal Techouva, a person who is not limited in his growth, becoming a new entity. But what i don't understand is that Midat haguevoura means limitations and restrictions. So how do we conciliate these two points ?
