Why did they not bring examples from the Talmud?

It always seemed to me that the Talmud made no effort to talk in לשון נקייה. There are so many examples and even the well known ones that are used to show "How the Talmud is x/y/z" like the 10+3 punishments of Chava etc

Are those not מגונה? Is it a Halacha? Or not everyone agrees you should not? Just genuinly trying to understand the logic.

In relation to devar meguna and devar nekia you brought Baal Shem Tov's mirror mashal fr Mishna Nagaim. YY said: tzaddik looks at a man doing an aveira as a halacha, objective, what do i have to do in this situation without judging the person. Another person will see it as a story, ie making up a whole negative story about the essence of the man doing the aveira. How does this tie in with dibur nekia or dibur meguna? Is the tzaddik nekia and the regualr person meguna cuz he's making seeing a whole story about the man doing the aveira? Non the less the pashut is look good on others, follow halacha and do what's best. Thanx
