רציתי לשאול- הרי המרגלים אמרו זאת כי שמעו את הענקים אומרים "נמלים יש בכרמים כאנשים" (רש"י) זאת אומרת שאמירתם הייתה מבוססת על מה ששמעו בפועל ולא על דמיון
והרי לאמירתם הייתה הצדקה לכאורה..
