than substance,

The pause

Space

is more telling

than words,

Ink in the pen

more profound

than letters on the page,

Unused bullets

more potent

than discharged ones,

Restraint

more powerful

than abandon,

Without the womb

there is no infant

or birth,

The channel

lets rushing water

reach its goal,

Without form

there is no content
