We're all parts of one body. It would therefore make sense to donate organs after death to another who needs it. Yet,,we see that that is not permitted by halacha, actually an embarrassment when the world promotes it. We are fine with receiving donated organs but not in donating after death.

A moshel: ask a parent which they prefer: 1. that all their children get along but disrespect and dishonor that parent both before or after 120, OR 2. that all the children honor and respect that parent before or after 120 and not get along? The normal choice of a normal parent indicates also Hashem's choice and therefore the tragedy of the 24,000.

Hate means deleting the other yid. spiritual amputation. How then could any yid exclude another yid from his sphere?

The hate can grow back and transform back to love, whereas an amputated limb can not grow back. At least as we are limited by time.

It's often said that when thinks about his problems, one must realize that each person has his "pekkel", his package/baggage and rare is the person who bemoans his problems yet would switch packages with another. I say that Hashem gives each person a unique set of talents and wherewithal and even while having our own package of problems that we would not switch with another's, we can and should and must use our unique G-dly given talents and resources to help the other with his package of problems. And that is ahavas Yisroel.

The brain is the conductor of all the instruments/limbs. And then there's the story of the conductor who could detect that one instrument out of a hundred was missing.

You say that trees communicate . Are you going to say next that bees communicate to each other?

Shalom. It is a well known fact that trees do communicate thru their roots and mycelium.  Also YES bees do communicate with each otherthey actually do a type of "dance" that tells other bees where they found nectar. This too is documented.

We live in an incredible world   Blessings

When a sperm and and egg unit it makes one cell. That one cell divides first into two and then those two divide into four …. the first organ produced by this is the brain and then the development process of the body continues down producing the spinal cord which extends and sends out spinal nrerves. At the ends of the branches of the spnal nerves all the rest of the body is formed at the nerve endings.

So true, BUT it's said that the neshoma only enters on the 40th day after conception. (therefore ok halachically to evacuate before then). So the first cell divides and progresses for 40 days without a neshoma!

A person begins as a seed and an egg. This are the fundamental ingredients in forming a person (except for the neshoma on the 40th day). Being the fundamental ingredients of a person we see that it is a grave sin to waste seed. Notice however that Hashem Himself arranged that eggs get "wasted" monthly if not impregnated!

The brain feels the pain on every part of the body. And the yidden are all parts of one body. Who, among us, besides a tzaddik like the Rebbe, really feels the pain of another yid?

All yidden are parts of one body, therefore it makes sense that each yid/part should love every other. BUT, our actual parts of our bodies don't hate or hurt any of the other parts. Self injurious behaviors indicate severe illness. Like a seizure. And, perhaps that's the answer to the question. A yid who hates or hurts another yid is extremely ill.

If it's written that we should take upon ourselves the mitzvah of loving every fellow yid, why was it only lately that the Rebbe repeated this and it was then inserted into the siddur? I have seen a Tehillat Hashem printed in the 40s that does not have this printed in the siddur.

And did the 24,000 talmidim of R. Akiva not know the basic mitzvah, the foundation of Torah, of living every yid? Was it a failing of the teacher who corrected this mistake for the succeeding class of 5?
