  I love the story of rebbe maharash and the heart.. That's the beauty of klal yisroel. Each shevet has their' own expression of avodas Hashem. We must appreciate ourselves and celebrate the individuality and authenticity of others.    .

  Also because we are always changeing and not “complete” - shelemut- shel mavet; this aspect of having the Option to grow and evolve makes us a not finished vessel and thats why de cant hold tumá

  brain says 'when is selichos'.   Heart feels - it's already happening.  Just getting together and sitting and singing and listening to Reb YY inspire equals selichos has started.  Heart flows like water. Let it open, take a breath, let it be, let the good feelings in.  Let the brain thoughts flow also and not get stuck.
