Words come from thoughts
Not always. When there is a sudden unexpected occurance, an accident, a surprise, etc , there can be a quick verbal reaction such as "oy", "omg", "wow", etc., Those words don't come from thoughts but come directly and instantly reacting to the surprise occurrence.

"The words are fixed and stand unchanged"
Really? What about those systems that change this letter for that letter, or "don't read the word like this, but instead read it that way"?

Lehavdil, Michaelangelo said that he didn't sculpt David
But, just took away the extra from the marble. Perhaps, so too, the 10 commandments/dibros weren't carved Iinto the tablets, but exists in every stone, in every material object as a result of existing by Hashem's constant flow of vitalizing energy, but Hashem just "took away" the extra stone of the tablets, creating a void, a space, and thus revealing the letters, just as Michaelangelo revealed the David that was within the marble. If so, the letters of the 10 commandments exist within every material creation!

Perhaps "eem" doesn't mean "if" but means
"When" because surely it will happen
