Why Silence is So Challenging -- and Liberating

Never Sever Your Thoughts and Words fom the Infinite Source of Consciousness

1 hr 11 min

Class Summary:

This class was presented on Monday, Parshas Bamidbar, 26 Iyar, 5784, June 3, 2024, at Bais Medrash Ohr Chaim in Monsey, NY.

This is the second class in the Maamar of the Alter Rebbe Im Bechokosei, in Likkutei Torah Bechokosei, exploring the two states of "letters:" engraved and written letters, 1) in the Divine infinite source, 2) in Torah, and 3) in the soul. We explain the difference between angels and souls, and why Yehoshua tells the Jewish people that their origin is from "the other side of the river." What Gave Abraham the power to stand up to the world? Being anchored in infinite consciousness.

    Moshe broke the luchos

Yet, much later when it was said about the Alter Rebbe that he broke the snuff box, the response was that he never broke anything, but rather removed the pin. ??
