Sources?

Practical Questions
The shuir did not address this common question: Can you wipe yourself with a towel upon exiting the mikvah? Often, they only have left in the mikvah wet towels previously used, may one use them to dry the body?
Even if one brings their own towel, after drying the body it may be pretty yet and then the person carries the towel back home, either in his hands or he ties it around his waist. Is all this fine?
How about “wringing” water out of the hair? When you dry your hair with the towel, does it not extract the water from the hair or the beard?
Please advise on these questions.

Re: Practical Questions
What Rabbi Levi Wineberg talking about it is for Shabbat restrictions. As I know we don't go to a mikvah on Shabbat. All three your questions are concerning activities that must to be done before Shabbat.

Re: Practical Questions
Women go to the mikvah Friday night. Many men, especially in Chassidic communities, go every Shabbos Morning.
