to Y.S.:
The Alter Rebbe rules clearly in his Shulchan Aruch (328:13) that Shabbos is dechuya. (As a general rule we don't pasken from Tanya.)

What did the alter rebbe's pasken in his shulchan aruch lemaase bepoal? And should we derive it from the Tanya's opinion?
