    One eighth  times  one eighth is a bit less than "bottel  b'shishim", No?
      Yes, the "moytz" of the wheat is a good moshel, protects when necessary than  goes away. But: 
      WHAT ABOUT PARENTS?
      How about an umbrella that also protects from rain and sun?
      It's AWEdacity, not OHdacity.
      It's lightning, not lightening.
      It's the moisture not the moist.
