  Perek 5 Halacha 8

  Is someone is ill chas vesholem, and there is a medicine which has not been proved to help someone recover from that illness, but has a chance of saving them, is one allowed to use that medicine if it is made from meat and milk, or if it is a hybrid fruit?

    If it is life threating then even for a doubt one is allowed to violate the prohibiton if that is the only medicine that is available

  I would like to appear live at this event

  Can Tefillah bring the Geulah even if we don't rectify the sins of Sinas Chinam and Bitul Torah? If not, what's the point of davening for the Geulah and Tikkun Chatzos etc?

  Shlomo HaMelech, said in Koheles 7:1, “Tov sheim mi’shemen tov” Hashem says to Moshe, “Ahlay aylai ho’Hora, v’he’yay shom, v’etnah lecha es luchos ha’even v’Ha’Torah v’Ha’Mitzvah asher kasavti l’horosom – come up to me on the mountain and be there, and I will give you The Stone Tablets, and the Teaching and the Commandements, that I have written to teach them.” (Shemos 24:12) The Torah is written without nekudos. The word “shom’ can also be read as “shaym” – meaning “a name” Hashem is telling Moshe that when he (Moshe) comes up to the mountain to be with Hashem, that Moshe will BE “a Name”. That Name is what every Jew says countless times in his life –“Halachah l’Moshe mi’Sinai”. That is the meaning of “Va’ya’aminu Ba’Shem u’v’Moshe Avdo
